Who We Are
Redoak Trust and Investment Limited was incorporated on the 18th of June, 1998 as a limited liability company to carry out composite finance and other related business.
The company was granted operations licence by the Central Bank of Nigeria in June 2008 and then commenced full scale operation thereafter at its rented office at Allseasons Plaza with full staff compliments.
During the year 2015, with 30th September as deadline, the minimum paid up capital of Finance Companies in Nigeria was increased from N20,000,000.00 Ordinary Shares to N100,000,000.00, RedoakTrust and Investment Limited was among the 58 Finance Houses in Nigeria that were able to cross this hurdle of this recapitalisation.
